How to Book an Appointment

In line with NHS guidelines, all patients now have to be Clinically Triaged before making an appointment with a GP. This enable us to signpost patients to the appropriate clinician depending on their clinical needs.

We are asking patients to embed this new way of requesting an appointment at the surgery. Please submit your request by using the symptom checker on the AskFirst app or by clicking the following link. The surgery will then be notified and a member of our Patient Coordinator team will then contact you to make the appropriate appointment. You can also use this app to request repeat prescriptions, an extension to your sick note, submit your travel form, cancel an appointment or even update your contact details.

We hope those patients able to use the technology will embrace this system as it helps those patients unable to use this functionality to be assisted on the phone lines without the large queue.

For those patients unable to use the system, please call the surgery from 8:30am and speak to a member of our patient coordinator team to book an appointment.

The AskFirst account must be in your name and not another member of your household.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please respond to the appointment reminder or use the AskFirst app.

Hard of Hearing Patients

Those patients who are hard of hearing will be offered a face-to-face appointment with the GP. We ask that if patients communicate with us via our email system, they included in the content of the email that they are hard of hearing.
