Patients are invited to attend a routine annual review appointment with our Healthy Heart Nurse.
The annual reviews consist of two appointments. First to have a set of routine blood tests and blood pressure check, the second will be to ensure your blood tests are stable and blood pressure is controlled. The patient will also be advised on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
